Assisted client with the implementation of the first CCA within it’s service territory. Provided expertise for complex billing issues related to Net Energy Metering (NEM) Billing, Solar Billing, Virtual NEM, and NEM Aggregation. Developed new EDI integration and stand- alone rate comparison tool.
Residential Time of Use (TOU) Rate Transition
Supported mass transition to TOU rates of 800K+ customers involving SAP CRM functionality, integration, business process optimization, and development of rate comparison tools.
Customer Assistance Programs
Performed business analysis, requirements gathering, and high level design for enhancing existing customer assistance programs and offering new programs. Also provided oversight for integration into SAP S/4.
